Re: Detachment web page down but I am ready to apply

Hello! You do not need to go through the detachment to apply. We recommend people checking out the detachments to get information specific to their desired costume or to make a build thread to get feedback on their costume build prior to submitting. But it is not required. You can email your photos ...

Re: New here! Scout armor

My go to armor maker is Studio Creations. It comes mostly pre-trimmed and looks really nice when put together correctly. I would say it works well for most body types. Walt's Trooper Factory is another common kit here in the US. It is the same armor you see used on screen in the Mandalorian. It is b...

Re: Ebay Find?

I am 80% sure that is the same armor maker that made my stuff that I got 13 years ago. It is nowhere near good enough to get you into the 501st now, but back when I joined in 07 it passed. I would definitely pass on that set and get something from one of the vendors recommended on Bikerscout.net. I'...

Re: Disney themed dinner

How can they get the chest box in the right spot on the Goofy costume, but the "real" Vader has his check box completely in the wrong spot? Come on Disney...you own this stuff now.

Re: TB Scout trooper upgrade

An easy solution to the cummerbund staying under the breast plate would be to put some Velcro where you want it to stay. That works great for me. I also have a few snaps that I've attached to the inside of the cummerbund to help support the Velcro and have had no problems at all. For boots, if you d...

*Shrugs* That's who I got my MLC helmet from so I could get the accurate stickers and nose piece and he responded pretty quick.

Re: Snow scout build progress thread

Go with MC. I believe he makes both TB and Snowtrooper parts, so that should be your one shop stop for armor. And I know he sells TB parts by the piece as well as a whole kit.

Interesting, they wear their knees upside down from the regular scouts. Should be a cool costume, can't wait to see the progress pics.

Re: Time for a big gun, but I'll need help

I would love to have a sniper riffle or something like in Battlefront someday, more for parades and big stuff like that because our blasters are..um...a bit dinky. But that's waaaay down on the list of things I'm wanting to do to my scout. Next up would be a new flight suit and mod it. Then would be...
