Re: Great Lakes Fitness Center

WTF (what the french)? :bleep: Why is my weight loss so slow? I average 20 minutes 5 times per week on eliptical; 30 minutes 5 times per week on the recumbent, cut out bread to weekends (like only a sandwich on the weekend); protein shake EVERY morning; small meals 6 times per day (yogurt, p...

Re: Great Lakes Fitness Center

Okay... I finally got serious about this. LongShot bought us a recumbant bike 2 weeks ago. Now I do 20 minutes eliptical & 30 on bike. Eating smaller portions, no dressing on spinach salads, little to no bread and will start morning protein shakes. Hoping to see results consistently. 12/26/09 12...

Re: Great Lakes Fitness Center

I did it!!! I made my Lifetime Membership with Weight Watchers. What that means is that I maintained my goal weight for 6 weeks. Now, I can continue to lose but can't be more than 2 pounds above my goal. I have to continue to weigh in on a monthly basis (but will most likely continue with the weekl...

LongShot: 12/26/2009 181/181/170 I guess I am involuntarily committed :slap: Stardust: 12/26/2009 125/125/115 ...
