Re: Ep3 Clone Pilot
Here are some new photos. I cut out the face and sanded down the edges. The extra pieces are just taped in to see what it will look like. http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y12/art_guy_sj/Costumes/CP4_zpscd3186ac.jpg http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y12/art_guy_sj/Costumes/CP3_zpse60c413a.jpg http://i...

Artist table at the Great Lakes Comic Con
Hi All, Thought I would let everyone here know I am setting up my first artist table at the up-coming Great Lakes Comic Con - 10/17-18/14. Jay Shimco said I needed something to draw people to my table, so I think I am going to set up my full size Lost in Space robot. That should draw a few. Wish me ...

Video of JJ Abrams on Ep.7 set
Here is a link to a video of JJ Abrams on a episode 7 set. It's a fundraiser for UNICEF through Omaze. A cool character walks by, probably will just be in the background in the movie. It would be cool to win and be in the movie! http://www.theverge.com/2014/5/21/5737338/star-wars-episode-7-parts-for...

Re: Costume advice needed-Zam Wesell
My wife wanted to do Zam so I started looking into it. I started a folder with photos and the parts need. This is a tough and expensive costume. Neoprene body suit, Proda boots, leather skirt & vest. Cool costume though! You might want to talk to Thumper. I know she started to put this together....

Re: To Maul or Opress???
Hopefully you use an alginate first under the plaster bandages. I did this about 15 years ago, it's a real process. Make sure you use a Hydrostone type product for your positive. It's harder than plaster, gets great detail and is resistant to water.

I got a green visor, for my Gree, that they use for football helmets. I found it on ebay.

You don't need to have anything to work on, just hang out. I am sure someone else will have extra items to work on if you are feeling motivated. I know I have a box fill of clone armor that need trimming.

Re: My Bespin Luke
Looks good Chris! I have a photo in the Making of The Empire Strikes Back book that shows Luke without the top shirt/jacket. The pants are almost like overalls. They have suspenders and come up to just below his chest. I will try to scan and post it. How did you make the boots, or did you get them s...

Hi All, I just got my clone armor in the mail yesterday! Woohoo! It's an ABS MG set. I am going to do a Commander Gree. I already have the helmet, as some of you know. This will be my second armor build. Hopefully my TK experience will help. I will definitely be hitting some of you up with questions...
