I like the patterning you did for the shoulder pieces you curved them to fit your shoulders right? and are you cutting out the inset areas then or gluing strips together? The shim piece would be nothing more then a piece of abs or plastic. You could go as far a getting a for sale sign and paint it. Basically, you'll need to cut the shins at one of the natural seams, add a backer, reinforce the backer to the shin and bondo. It's pretty easy really. Okay small update. Finished putting the felt on my harness, and found some white gloves to go with the cowl that will work until I find something better.
