I am looking at getting some type of clothing that will give me bulk. It will be worn under the body suit. What do others do to add bulk? I need it mostly around the tummy section (abs).
Thanks

Thanks for the replys! I have to thank Mike P. again for his armor party because thats where I noticed his helmet box-----then a lightbulb went on above my head! Foam inserts...for the box. What kind (foam)should I use so I don't scratch the helmet? Get it at Michael's Art store or Lowes?

Re: my first costume..but help needed
I have been talking to the Sith Lord Detachment site for some time now. Found someone who makes parts.
I know about Rubies and Ebay and am staying away from them. There is nothing on Ebay worth my time.
Thanks again.

Re: my first costume..but help needed
Thanks all and Lumpy! You all have been very helpful.
With suggestions from a stormtrooper and my own as Galen Merak (beg posts), I still come back to my heartfelt fave, Vader.
I am going to the Chicago Wizardcon Saturday and maybe I can get more direction from vendors there.

Re: my first costume..but help needed
First you need to decide which movie version of Vader you want to do then start researching vendors. There are many out there, but their quality and customer service is all over the map. ROTJ--been my favorite suit version since 1983. So far vendors have ROTS version.....tomorrow is another day to ...

Re: my first costume..but help needed
Thanks for the comments! I agree with researching and I will contiune to do so. SO what is my other avenue? I hear that each section of the suit is cast from real molds. So I guess I have find the company that sells new parts and go from there. Lucas.com? I would prefer new rather than used. Thanks.
