I haven't measured myself totally suited up, but I know I'm 7'4" without the mask on, so I'm guessing I'm about 7'6" or 7'7". But you won't squeak when you walk!!!

For a TK, you should be fine with the 10. The 12 I had is a fair amount larger, but worked well for my Vader costume where it was underneath capes and robes and such. I have a 10 I use with Chewie and it's plenty.

I also don't know anyone other than MVS and Gollum.

I do like that they are using relative unknowns to fill out the cast. That's pretty much how Ep. 4 was and it seemed to work out pretty well.
