Re: Biker Scout Fittings

Looks great! And actually I think Marissa is taller than me...so it will have to be scaled down even more to fit me! LOL!

Re: Biker Scout Build

I'll get to it...I'm in no rush as Tony said, I don't even have a helmet yet. Need some of the funds to get the other pieces to put it all together. I'm no good with a dremel (he's even said he would trim so he doesn't have to take me to the hospital...yes, I'm that bad with sharp things!) "Pri...

Re: Biker Scout Build

My shiny box of armor arrived today!!

I can almost hear the dremel now...

LOTS of trimming to do. I think some modifications are going to be due too...some pieces look REALLY big. If Tony can shrink a clone, I'm sure he can do wonders with a Scout! :D

I'm going TB! I love my clone but I'd really like to be able to sit down in armor  I've been doing tons and tons and tons of research and can't wait to start on the project. Armor is on the way...

Re: The "Salsa" is Done!!! ---> CT-3411

He doesn't listen to me at all... What I said was that if I was doing an event like MCCC where my helmet was off and on 10000 times for pics, I'd like something smaller to hold and not as bulky to carry around. I like the BFG...it's nice to lean on! :D I wanted the shorty for other troops. I'...

Re: The "Salsa" is Done!!! ---> CT-3411

Um...I'm a girl so I'm supposed to be a midget, I mean petite

Must be the water we drank as children Downriver that stunted our growth...well, except for Mike he is really 87 feet tall!

Back on topic...it's nice to finally see my name in orange

Re: Jackie's Thire Build a.k.a. "Making Salsa"

Bought some more parts today... Little boys wrestling knee pads so I can attach my knees...tried on many many pairs at Dunhams until I found something that wouldn't fall off my leg :whatthe: Some sort of cheap-o knee pads that we're using to attach to the under part of my shoulder bells. They 've go...

Re: Jackie's Thire Build a.k.a. "Making Salsa"

A little more progress...slowly but surely! Tony will post pics later but I actually got to put the armor on yesterday! WOO HOO! Some adjustments still need to be made to fit me... The elbows and knees need to be trimmed down some more - still too big and bulky compared to the other armor parts. Bic...

Re: Jackie's Thire Build a.k.a. "Making Salsa"

This build reminds me of a movie.... "The NeverEnding Story" There was a part 2 to that movie as well....hmmm... On another note I am Moving back to Michigan in March. We can start building that Vacuform machine for your Mancave and I can dig out the Clay to fire up some creamic mo...

Re: FX armor refit problems

yes ma'am... and...yummy balls? No armor party is complete without Tony cooking something up. Whether it's his volcano chicken (Ripcode's favorite) or his latest creation of meatballs which Rob has taken a liking to...he'll cook up something. Summer time parties usually wind up with something yummy...

Re: Jackie's Thire Build a.k.a. "Making Salsa"

The plan is to get a bunch done tomorrow on both Steve's new chest and my armor. The weather will be decent (not subzero) so I get to visit the man cave and have more pieces fit. I'd love to be done in time for the event on the 21st...that's my goal! Now I just have to get Tony to work with me!! :wi...
