I would say that certain costumes are definetely more uncomfortable than others. Wearing a leather, black body suit, covered by armor and two capes in 90 degree weather is definetely more uncomfortable than a jedi or a TK. Just ask Eric after he did vader one time at the white caps game last year. H...

Good luck on your build, it will be nice having another sith lord in our garrison. There are soooo many events in your neck of the woods that Vader is much needed. Not enough of us to go around.

You might want to talk with Curtis Collins about what he did to his vader heals. I cannot believe how much height he gained since the last time we vadered together. All in all, he added 6 inches to his boot height. Really looked good.

A little E6000 will fix that right up

The only issue I have heard with the ABS glue is that it actually melts the plastic together vs E6000 does not. Then again, this could be just a bad rumor too.

There is another one listed on Ebay for $1,000. It was linked to ebay and posted on the 501st forums. It looked really really nice and not yellowed. ESB TK. I can try to find the link if your interested but you could probably just do a search on ebay.
