Hey Gang, Was just wondering what are the different ways you attach both the hand armor and the detonators. As of now i have an elastic strap attached to the armor that slips around my hand , it does the job but is a little sloppy and i find myself adjusting it a lot. Can you just attach it to the g...

I think your right, i got mine out and compared them and everything is the same except that liner that reads dockers size 44. Darkside's have no printing anywhere as far as i can see, but everything else is exactly the same. :roll:

Ok thanks guys, i got my snaps all reglued with Devcon Plastic welder and I did it without stepping foot in WalMart :mrgreen: .Man that epoxy REEEEEEEEKS .... I think i am all ready for another test run and that will be saturday at Emagine. Hope to see a lot of you there. :thumbs:

whew made me nervous there for a sec. It's in a black tube but the backing card reads Plastic welder and its a blue grey color. How much is it at Wal Mart ?

Ace hardware had some Devcon online, had to buy a case but hey i will never run out now ( i hope) Off to redo all my snaps now. :thumbs:

Good topic, My personal opinon is it depends on how thick the resin is. Myself i like the feel and look of resin, you get great detail with it. I have some resin buckets here and they are quite nice but if its a thin casting i would pass. I would say at least 1/8 or more to be durable. Resin will br...

Ok have 12 of these puppies being mailed to me and will be here on Aug 7th. I think 6 are spoken for already, $7.00 each ( i will pocket a cool quarter for my time :P ) I may throw some up on my website if there are any left over or pm me. I also ordered some simple Switches if ya need some.

I would pay $2.00 more for it at a local store then set foot in a wal mart :D . I found some online for around $4.25 each including shipping .

Armor epoxy

As i found out at the Weird Al show , hot glue doesn't stick to ABS very well ( thank Crom for white ducktape). Jay mentioned that you need epoxy to glue those snaps on real good. Can you give me some names or leads on what type or brand i should use? Thanks Moff :thumbs:

Thats why i wasn't going to order 1 fan. :idea: can order like 15 and they charge 9.47 shipping works out to be around $6.75 each. :thumbs:

I have one of those buckets , great helmet for the money. I took out the foam and installed a headliner, i changes out the lenses and the frown grill. I added some screws and caulked in the seam around the muzzle. Looks awesome, just need to add some fans. I saw you had some great fans in your FX at...
