Re: Obi-ron's TK building project - ESB
What do you think of the ATA armor? It's what I wear. Its been dropped, stepped on and otherwise beat up. Fit is good and the ABS shines up well. But make up your mind soon, I was on the wait list for my ATA kit for awhile. It was worth the wait though, and made right here in Michigan by a guy prob...

Re: Obi-ron's TK building project - ESB
What armor did you finally decide to go with? Also, I wear CABoots in my armor. They are comfortable enough and have been durable so far. Just another option:

Re: OK, Stormtrooper it is - getting started?
For the most part ESB troopers have only a few differences from ANH troopers. I had to figure out what they were myself when I decided ESB. In no particular order the big ones are: 1) Black frown instead of grey. 2) Holster worn on the right and is connected by loops instead of riveted to the belt. ...

Stormtrooper all the way... Go ESB at that, we need more of them! You are not far from the original suit size anyway. Will fit quite well.

Re: ESB TK FIRST DRAFT - Would Love Feedback!
Dude, the armor looks great. Feels good too doesn't it? If I had one thing to say, it would be that it looks like your shins Velcro with the visible seem to the outside. It is not an item that would prevent 501st approval, but that is kind of a touchy subject with some. Generally, the Velcro seems s...

Re: Sandtropper armor question.
I hear you on the busy... during my build I thought there were times when my wife almost divorced me. Seriously, mine only took about 5 weeks. Sometimes 15 minutes a day, sometimes 2-4 hours(hence the almost divorce). I have an ATA suit from Terrell from the previous reply, great stuff.

Re: Some assembly required.
Well, here it is. Five weeks into my build and it is done except for the mic tips and holster which I am waiting on in the mail. This was the first full fit test and I think it turned out pretty good. What do you think???
