Star Wars Night @ Jimmy John's Field (7-19-18)

So I sent a message to the USPBL and asked them about their Star Wars Night promotion on Thursday, July 19th. I asked them if the 501st and Rebel Legion would be there...and they said yes. Sooooo I politely informed them that as of currently we would NOT be appearing unless they put in a formal request on our website. I have not yet received a reply. I imagine some phone calls are being made and e-mails being sent or what-have-you on their end.
I also stressed to them about changing and storing space and that last year was frankly unacceptable (storage closet). Those who attended last year know what I mean. We also were rained out the last 2 years (last year game never even started).
Since it's on a Thursday, at least one of the 3rd level suites should be available for us. If they are not provided I highly suggest we do NOT do this event (that's if they even request our appearance).

They replied to me this afternoon and and told me they put in a request for us "a long time ago". So I responded to them there must have been some confusion or mistake because we have received no such request. Perhaps they were "in a galaxy far, far away" when they sent it?!?

At any rate, I provided them with our website and they said they'll look into it.

So a request might come through soon for their event. Again, it's on Thursday, July 19th in Utica @ Jimmy John's Field.
I know it being a Thursday night might be difficult for some and I mentioned that to them.
However, it might work out for us because being it a Thursday, there might be a suite available for us to change in.

As of right now, we will not be there. I sent the promotions guy a proper e-mail and he is supposed to put a request in. So we'll see.
I also told him about proper changing and storage space.
