On another note, I weighed myself this morning.....I am now down from 249 to 216..... :blink: I guess being back to work has paid off... none of my pants fit me anymore... dammit... lol

So over the week of MCCC, I gained a pound. I am not too upset, cause I knew I would be drinking most of my calories. :) And with being so busy prepping for MCCC, never made it to the gym either. So I am hoping that the extra pound will fall off quickly since I am back to my regular routine. 6 more weeks to hit my 30lb goal. I should be able to hit it with no problems. :)

Well, thanks to some motivation received during MC3, i'm down from 290 to 273, and dropping weight steady. It's slowed noticeably since the first week, but the main switches have been diet control and intake reduction in a quick way. I only slipped once on my birthday this past week.. And yeah, I kinda pigged out a bit then. But i'm workin it off. Goal is to be to 230 by then end of next year. Hopefully sooner, but trying to be realistic! :thumbs:

I'm in my new round right now having added some muscle density, so the fat I gained is targeted to go (comes with the territory of bulking up, unfortunately).

Went to WW tonight and weighed in...up 1.8 pounds! :( Not happy with myself but I know what I did to sabotage my weight loss. I was doing so good by tracking everything I ate that I slacked off and then I gained because I couldn't remember what I'd eaten!

So, refocusing starting now! Tracking everything I eat and I will lose what I've gained! I've worked too hard for too long to give up what I've done!

I DID IT !! And a week before my birthday!!! Woohoo!!! *doing the happy dance* I am so excited!! I am going to maintain this weight for a week, before setting my next weight loss goal. But I feel so good achieving my goal! I lost 30 lbs before my 30th birthday!! Wooohoo!!
