That's the plan! I was working on it this weekend.

That is the plan. Right now Colorado has the most, but they actually have snowy mountains, so that's ok.

Let's make it our goal to beat them. :)

Yep, and behind them is Southern California with 11 active deployed and 6 more currently building.

Here in MI, we currently have 8 deployed. If you look at the roster on the Garrison page, we show 12 Snowtroopers listed, but:

If I remember, 1 requested to be put on reserve status at the October census.

Another hasn’t done a single troop in a year and a half, so technically should be on the inactive list.

Another had his first baby earlier this year and hasn’t trooped. Real life happens.

Another did 1 troop this year after a couple year layoff.

None of them have weathered armor = none of them have gotten Blizzard Force deployed. So for all intents and purposes in the listing of deployed Snowys, we have 8. Mayhem’s brother has had a set of MC armor on order for the last 12 months, so whenever that comes in, he’ll join the 501st with it, and I’m pretty sure Mayhem will tell him to get deployed by Blizzard Force and we’ll be at 9.

Alright this is for real this time, I am ordering my kit from RS, not a commission  Should be here just after the holidays for me to start work. Still researching the soft parts (pants, duster etc.) my goal would be to have the armor done before MCCC at least

1). Pants can be any white pants. Commonly used are painters pants, medical scrubs pants, etc.

2.) Check with Flash where they ordered their boots from, and remember the rule to order them in 2-3 sizes smaller than your U.S. shoe size.

3.) Here's someone doing coats and saddle bags:

http://www.501st.com/forum/viewtopic.ph ... 8440&hilit

*Important* Order this guy's saddle bags in duck cloth, because the fleece ones are not accurate!

Order the coat bigger than your actual measurements because they're supposed to be sort of baggy and for winter troops, you'll be wanting to wear sweatshirts and multiple layers underneath the coat like we do.

Lights come from here:

Mayhem even ordered all ours in a custom blink pattern. He can still contact the guy for that if you want.

....

Currently, there's 4 vendors making TS armor quickly if someone didn't want to go on the 1 year waiting list for MC armor. I have all their prices and info about their kits, so if anyone wanted info, just PM me.

Just an update, as of right now I can not order my armor. I had an unforseen medical expense that has come up and my order must wait another few months :( But I should have an order hopefully just after Celebration (pending how much spend in California)

I am Mayhem's little brother and we just got word from MC that my kit is at the top of the list. Hoping that it will arrive some time in February. Got my duster and saddle bags complete. Just need to get my boots, pants, and gloves yet. My bro says that a couple of weekends and we can have the build and weathering complete and then it is off for 501st approval, then BF deployment.
