RC Armor Party for Helmet repair at Jolly's

Post by Jolly »

Okay RC's! I'm going out on a limb here and thought it would be a great idea to boogey over to my crib and do some much needed repairs/improvements on our armor and/or helmets.

My crib isn't very large, but it can accommodate JASTERMaster, ZOD-the-Bod, Kool-Aid Nathan, Artsy- Andy, Paul(I got-a-Joke-every-minute) and myself. Use your imagination for the rest, ahem. 10:15am at Fire Mountain  is a tradition. The staff is use to us coming in right when the food is being placed in the heating trays.

Food, laughter, cold orange juice, singing (did I say singing?) and JASTER watching anyone spending their own money on tools is a real treat. If you've heard the ridiculous stories, they're probably true! The Waffles are dangerous and you must be over fifteen-years old to try them. It is an all day affair. Put the cat out and leave the mother-in-law at home folks, it's going to be another bumpy ride on the 20th at Jolly's! :rotflmao:

I'm also assuming that non-RC's are invited as well.

If you need to work on anything or need help on working on anything, then feel free to PM Jolly for more info :D There are a few things us RC's know about working on armor and other costume parts as well.

I'll be there in tow... I may not have the katarn yet, but I need to get familiar with the parts... And I am very good at repairing helmets.. Just ask Adam, i've fixed the mandalorian helmet of mine 3 times now.. I can still smell the bondo and fiberglass in my nightmares..

Was looking for something to do since the Con was canceled..!

FIRE MOUNTAIN, for sure, is one of the highlights of the morning on the 20th.
We must be there no later than 10:15am. Ou-la-la!
We do take our time and savor every morsel.

For those whom are not familar with Flint, you can meet at my place. I am quite anal about time, so, we'll leave my home at 10:00am sharp and head west down Miller Road.

If you are traveling east or west bound on I-69, watch for the Miller Road exit. At the light, make a left and go about a mile. It will be on the right hand side at the light.

If you are on I-75 north bound, watch for the Miller Road exit. You will turn left at the light and go about a mile. It will be on the right hand side at the light.

If you are on I-75 south bound, watch for the Miller Road exit. You will turn right at the light and go about a mile.
It will be on the right hand side at the light.

***Please note, if you see the Genesee Valley Mall, you've gone 1/4 mile too far.

I have to check base, but I may have a friend wanting to come.. He attended one once and seemed to enjoy helping Foo with the Sev helmet, and is looking into a TIE pilot.

G-Man... do not worry about the 10am breakfest if you can not make that, but after that around noon-ish we should be back at Jollys house to work on armor.
