Tony has been putting many, many hours into downsizing my armor. I would like to think this one is easier than downsizing a clone but I could be wrong. Is there anything he can't do? Granted, there has been a lot of "colorful" language whenever he sizes the individual pieces on me.

Hoping to post some pics later tonight of his hard work

Progress for the sake of progress...Made a mold, out of wood, for her mini sized belt. The one that came with the kit was again.... way to big. So I made a new one and vac formed it. Turned out well I think. All the hard parts are done now I think. Just have to finish up spraying them and on to fitting them to the jumpsuit.

You actually "MADE" a vac form mold for a belt!?? You are AWESOME!!! I paid $35.00 for anew one when my original one cracked. The pull even looks crisper too!! What's the total length of it? Maybe i'll upgrade my current one...hint hint.
:D :D What are the other 2 pieces on the sheet?

Thanks Pesci!! Its 24inches long. The other parts are collar pieces for mandos.

Yea, Im going to make some more of them. I have a couple people that are asking for them. They are about 80% smaller then the original size. They are made of .80 sintra, but Ive gotten the heat juuuuuust about right so they still stay pretty thick. Let me know little buddy!!

YES PLEASE! Put me on your list. :D My current belt is showing signs of wear already and I like the length of yours vs my current belt.

Have you thought about making any belt boxes?

Thanks big guy!!

Yup. I made some belt boxes. Downsized them the same as the belt. But I have to buy some resin to make a mold of the set I made. I will post some pix up soon of them.

Question on the bund: how are you doing the pouches? I've got mine attached under the breastplate, but there may be some technical issues to overcome. May have to sew them directly on. I"m not against it, but it could save wear and tear on the diaper itself. Any suggestions?
