I have made a custom blaster that will be done in a few days but besides that i think i am ready to go. here is a look at the final outfit. I was shooting for Lancer status when i started so i have done most the mods i can think of, i know i am not quite Lancer yet but i think is Legion ready.

Here is the under vest with padded sleeves made by our own Rachel Orange

here is some of the undersuit mods, ridding patch and rear pocket patches in suede. The flash makes them look grey but they are more of a light charcol

Thanks guys and gals, it was a lot of work. This is only my second costume , i have a box of clone plastic that is waiting for me but that will take more some time.

It may be close to Lancer, i think i did all that was on the Lancer list.

Mike, do you mind if I save the pictures of you with the vest and cummerbund & pouches for my records? I like to have "finished" pictures of the work I do. Your costume looks really good! We just need to meet up sometime so I can mod the closure for the cummerbund for you. I'm assuming it's still a tad too big?

No problem, the cumberbund need to be smaller and maybe a little stronger velcro. The vest also needs to be smaller. Shipped your beads today.

Yeah, that Velcro is weird. I didn't realize it until I went to actually sew it to the 'bund that it was a new kind of Velcro that has both sides in one. I'll pick up some of the older kind, the scratchy side picks up lint easier, but I think it sticks better.
