Hello I just moved here to Michigan with my husband who is in the Army. He plays the online game while I enjoy the RL and I enjoy Star Wars very much! I have been wanting for a long time to have my very own Stormtrooper Armor Set! But my dilemma is knowing where and how to begin this process!! With the experience of all of you I know that I will get some great feedback!! Look forward to your help and possibly joining the ranks of the 501st later on!!

Thanks everyone!! We live in the GR area and wondering if anyone is in my area that may have the armor I can visually inspect? Seeing is my thing! If I can see someone's armor then I can see tha materials and what I need to make a list of! Anyone in my area!! And you guys are awesome I can't wait to get mine done and hope to join the ranks with you all!! Would be a great treat and hoping that my daughter who's 10 and a Star Wars fanatic since she met Pete the actor that played Chewbacca last year. She has been reading the books and I think she would really enjoy getting involved with me!! She is a bit of a nerd like her mommy! Thanks again everyone for your replies!!

If you can come out to the Grand Rapids Griffins Hockey game (3-9-13) there will be LOTS of different Storm troopers there you can look at!

Whatever you do, don't buy anything made by rubies for adults.

Whitearmor.net is THE best place to start.
