GLG Troopers Featured in Star Wars Art
By Gator Fett on Jul 22, 2010 at 6:15 PM.
Take a look at Star Wars artist Marc Wolfe's Celebration V print titled, Legacy of Valor. If you think that some of the troopers look familiar, then you would be correct. Several troopers from the GLG met with Marc a few months ago so that Marc could get some reference shots of us in costume. Using those reference shots, Marc created this fantastic tribute to the 501st Legion. Marc's comment about the print on Facebook:

Thanks guys. The Great Lakes Garrison Rocks!!!! They were a big help. I'm very happy to do another tribute piece to the 501st. You guys put in so much of your own time helping some really great causes and ask for nothing in return for yourselves. I'm proud to have your seal on my print.

Take a look at Marc's site to see some more of his spectacular work. http://www.marcwolfeart.com
