You have to have a costume built and be a full member in order to be able to get merch. Lucasfilm doesn't allow us to sell merch to the general public.

We have character-specific web sites called "detachments" where you can find armor vendors and all the info on how to put it all together. Hi. Sorry, but our costumes are our personal property, some costing $5,000 or more and we don't like to loan them out to people. Plus with the virus going around, it would be a bad idea anyways.

They can just buy the costume. Have your friend register for the forums at imperialofficer.com. Cosplaysky has the most inexpensive costumes, but there is A LOT to read up on before ordering from them. Even if you send in custom measurements, they tend to mess things up. To add to this: a lot of people belong to one garrison and will troop in their own garrison and will also troop a neighboring one as a "guest trooper".

Actually, weapons are not a requirement. But if you want one, I'm sure you could just do the hilt.
