Like the saying goes...Dont leave home without it.

I use hot glue...set it to the low setting, place the fan where it needs to be, then dab the corners. Not a lot. Just a bit to touch the fan and the helmet. Little holds a lot. MY Darth and TK's are done this way. Had one fan die and just plucked it out and installed another in the same fashion.

Thanks to all that came. Great time and a lot of work was accomplished. Great to have TK's, Vaders, Gunners, Sand's along with Batman, Dredd and Ghostbusters too! Had the Northern Darkness and the Midwest Garrison represented as well. Looking forward to the 26th for another great time.

ABS. Lots so room to fit a big guy. Beautiful shine right out the box. Strong, thick extreme detail with crisp lines. Very well done.

Currently we are building the ANH NE (Nostalgic Empire) armor. Very nice set. All the arms and legs or done, Torso is trimmed and doing straps and snaps.

Hi, I have a 1000 square foot heated shop with a restroom, two tv's with surround sound, great lighting, and lots of cool tools. Course I do believe I live the farthest away from most folks. Buchanan Michigan just across the border from South Bend Indiana. More than willing to host a build party! :D...

So question here about getting this HWT approved. What do I do and will I get another number other than my Vader?

I really had to stretch out the thighs on my build. One inch strips on the front and I dont even want to say how big the back strips are. Gotta cut out the twinkies and just stick with Ding Dongs....lol
