It's been one of my favorite troops to date. Really looking forward to all future ones. We can basically sit back and wait for the next application to trickle down.

Re: Free to good home: spare stormtrooper/sandtrooper parts
Has this transaction occurred? Flash, did you take lenses? Let me know as I'd like to get rid of the stock flat plastic strip in my snowie bucket. Sorry to side step, but you should look into a tinted lens for welding/grinding, Mike. I have some in my eBay cart, but thought if they were available l...

Re: Icomm system
I use an Aker kit. I love how loud it is and the ports that it has, but I had to tape one side of the stock mic (can hear me breathing in my TS helmet) and the mic cord is quite short when snaking it through the costume.

Re: TK on the way!
When I first opened the box and saw the face piece of the helmet, I thought it must have been a faulty vacu-form. Seriously glad I'm not the only one whom has a corrective sense about the molds lol! My update is that I plan on cutting this weekend. I didn't get to in the previous weeks in preparati...

Re: New trooper looking for boots and a blaster
Tkboots is the way to go in my opinion. They are beautiful. I also think they only do whole sizes and rightfully so.
As far as a blaster, I'm a hyperfirm lover.

Ok I'll talk to my roommates tomorrow. We can't do the 21st because of our BBQ that's happening. Several of us still have Anovos TK armor sitting in boxes. Adam, maybe we should work out a separate TK armor party. Ready when you are, good sir! I still owe you a better representati...

Re: ANN ARBOR metro area TK armor party

I want this to be year to complete it. I see a lot or posts about how to put together, but few on how pieces should sit when worn....

Re: ANN ARBOR metro area TK armor party
Are we just waiting for someone to host a party?
In August, there might be some proton pack build parties that could also host armor parties as well. I just have a small house so things might have to go outside lol
