Great Lakes Garrison & Base

I currently have a level 3 ISB (Non Saga) officer uniform. I want to add a SE-14R holster and blaster.
Do those items require approval before I include them?

I met a fellow trooper on the Tampa Bay Squad site that is looking to trade coins from Michigan.
Specifically he is looking for any from the UP since that is where he spends summers.

If some one is interested or knows of someone please let me know.
