Great Lakes Garrison & Base

Hello! I'm still working on my shoretrooper armor, and it looks like it is going to take longer than I originally expected (funds/issues with 3D printer.) I would however like to jump in and get to know the local garrison.

Who would I talk to about volunteering as a handler?
