Yes, Horatio Figg was his undercover alias. It's absurd and I honestly loved the idea. I'd love to get it 501st approved eventually but as you said, there's no Eli Vanto CRL yet and I doubt my abilities to take that initiative as a beginner to all this.. though that'd be amazing if I could! I've seen similar questions asked on Walt's Trooper Factory on Facebook - where they've used shims/extra or scrap ABS plastic to add to the armor pieces and make them larger and/or longer. Could be something to look into!
