Hopelessly stuck on ANH TK Armor
I've been working on my armor trying to get it just right for my fit, I bought a RS Props kit, but unfortunately the thigh and leg pieces are too big and will need cut down in order for me to be able to move. I have no experience with trimming armor and I fear I'm going to really mess it up and inva...

Anyone familiar with EVA Foam Armor?
I'm not sure if EVA Foam is acceptable for the 501st Legion, however, I would like to make Republic Clone Commando Scorch armor from EVA Foam as it appears much easier to make for a beginner like myself. If anyone has experience and can share some tips it would be invaluable to me and greatly apprec...

Helmet Liner Ideas
I've been trying to line my TK helmet interior, I've tried neoprene liner, but unfortunately, the adhesive does not separate well and it doesn't line up well in the helmet, leaving gaps. I was looking at purchasing some knee guards, and cutting them up to use as just a padding, I'm curious to hear w...

Re: TK Helmet Lens Fitting Help
I ended up just scrapping the method I was using and sanded all the glue off. I ordered some green premade lenses from a seller on Etsy. Thanks for the response.

TK Helmet Lens Fitting Help
I'm sorry to flood this forum with questions, but I'm lost on lens mounting. I've looked around on white armor, and I tried following a tutorial for using bolts, but unfortunately, the glue wasn't strong enough and now I have an ugly mess in my bucket and no idea what to do next. I took some picture...

Re: Rogue Kenobi - Visiting Michigan
My apologies, my wording on the post wasn't accurate, I meant I am a new member of the GLG forum and aspire to get a membership soon, I am almost finished with my TK suit.

Unfortunately, Crosshair's armor isn't in vac-formed kits yet.DeafTrooper wrote: ↑Wed Mar 15, 2023 1:35 pm Honestly, you’re probably better off buying a vac-formed kit than buying a printer and trying to set it all up before you can even print anything.

Re: Looking for a 3D Printer capable of printing Clone Trooper Armor
I have a Creality CR-10. I have been printing the armor parts for the armored assault tank commander (looks like the Shoretrooper) and many of the parts can be printed without cutting into parts. Example, the Fett helmet could be printed in one piece. Chest armor, back and abdomen armor would have ...
