Yes, he has the face off. If you have a thick neck, as do I , this would be a tough route to go. I have a 19inch neck and it is tight. ( I tried on Tonka's... ) But I agree with FNF, get in touch with him!!

Well, Im eating like crap, and still enjoying beer.. And I have lost 5 lbs since I started UPS. If I could just get back into the swing of things... Im sure It would get better..

Ive done 4 helmets, and changed the fans out multiple times, and Hot glue works the best for me. Just a dab in the corners that are touching the helmet. With a Stormy bucket, I would use a low temp setting glue. I takes longer to heat up and cure, but it wont warp the bucket. Its worked on fiberglas...

So the left gauntlet is done. Just got a coat of primer and will get some shiny tomorrow. I also attached his chest armor but found out that I have to modify his back plate :? I think its the only piece I didnt fit to him. BUT, I will fix it. So, here are some pix to oogle at... :D http://i193.photo...

Ok, so some progress pix while we are waiting for our newly sanded/polyurethane hardwood floors dry. I did the gauntlet on friday and the armor pieces are just test fit on the vest. Well, his flight suit and vest came in today!!!!!!!! ( I think I was happier then he was.. lol) Here are the newest pix. I have all his armor parts done, except his left gauntlet, its about 60% done. I was also waiting on the suit and vest so I could cut his hoses to fit inside...I cant wait for Hal...

Yup. Screen accurate flight suit and vest. Ladysewsforus. And a good deal to boot!!
