Re: rubies "supreme" ????

I agree with Mow - Read, read, read, ask questions, read, read, read, ask more questions...... oh did I mention read.... I almost bought one of those pre-built jobs from the shop across the pond in England, but found the FISD site before pulling the trigger. I am so glad I did. I am very happy with ...

Re: Great Lakes Fitness Center

Mission report: Week two weigh in 282 (delta: -1) (Total delta: -3)

My refocussing got very blurry. Gym bag is in the car and I have a date with an eliptical machine tonight.

Not the steep drop I wanted but the slope is still negative.

Until next week

Re: Great Lakes Fitness Center

Mission report: Week one weigh in 283 (delta: -2)

Gym frequency was not where I would have like due to that thing call life - refocusing and moving forward.

The lose was not great but the slope is negative which is a positive.

Until next week

Re: Great Lakes Fitness Center

Well I have not read the entire thread but I do wish to lose some weight and size. I am a TK and could benefit from this to decrease the gap between the ab and kidney plate. So I have also sponsered at weight lose challenge at work - where 20 of us are going to see who can lose the largest % in 15 w...

First outting and trial run...

Well yesterday I took the armor out for a spin. I am almost done with the build, still need to do the TD. So I went out TD-less. Well I was out for a hour and a half to Clawson's DDA Trick-or-Treasure. It is a time the kids and parents trick or treat the local businesses. It is the first time I took...

Suiting Up.....

Hello all: Well my RT-Mod TK build is almost complete. I have very minimal movement of the helmet but am playing with it. My bigger question to all TKs is..... When out in the field do you help each other suit up? I have only put everything on a couple times now but there is no way I can do it all b...

Re: TK questions on the bucket

Hey All: Thanks for all the advice!!!! I played around with the padding in the helmet and it seems better. I took out the suit for a trial run. Still have to finish up the belt (drop boxes and holster) and tighten down the chest a bit to keep it from pushing the bucket up. Need to paint the ab butto...

Re: TK questions on the bucket

I have no problem getting into the helmet but when it is on I have very little movement due to the chin of it hits right on to the chest plate. I will see if a bit more padding in the top will help but the eyes line up perfectly now. I was just wondering if I were to open the hole a little it might ...

TK questions on the bucket

Hello all: I am building a RT-Mod TK currently. As I am coming to the end the excitement grows. My question: Is it common to have very limited helmet movement? I have very little side to side and even less up and down. I believe I ultimately need my neck to be about two inches longer, but I don't th...
