Hi All,
Just got my Ep3 Clone Pilot helmet in the mail yesterday. Can't wait to get started. I will do a work in progress for it.

Here is a layout for the chest and back armor and the chest box I have been working on.
Here are the new parts in place. I still need to hollow out the wedges for the red & blue LEDs.

Looking good! The helmet I saw at Mow's was pretty sweet.

New photos of my chest box! I have to cut down the end caps and round the tube supports. Finally got my LEDs in the mail. Now I can hollow out the wedges and put in the red and blue rectangle LEDs.

This looks awesome! I am no vac form expert but those ribs a small and tight. Would you be better off pouring them out of a low durometer elastomer?? Just asking - something like a high shore A to give you flexability but able to show off the high details.
Can not wait to see it finished!
