Another issue I have is I will have all kinds of good troops queued up and I get to the battle and it only gives me 8 TK's and and one speeder bike. (or other lame set ups)

Anyone else having these issues?
No, not those issues. I've had it bug out a few times but nothing too serious. There was one mission were they didn't give me my hero, even though he was queued up to go. Hopefully they will send out an update to take care of it.

In the meantime, I am looking to find a way to fire up my old copy of Galactic Battlegrounds.

I also love galactic battlegrounds game. Soon I will be able to play that again also. Flash I do have the problem of it switching off during battle. I always get the troops I build though.

I haven't had the problem of it reloading at all. But I think I was missing some troops a couple times. I thought maybe I was going crazy, but maybe I wasn't.

I had one level I was stuck on that it kept exiting out of the game and I lost all my troops. I eventually made it passed after like 6 tries. Try restarting your iPad or whatever.

I just applied to the GLG squad! :)

I had my first 'crash' during an attack just now. booted me out of the app.

What I like about the missions is that you can do them over even if you win. So you can get all 3 STARS for the chapters to get the GEMS.

What I don't like about the game is some of the machinery you attack with is not intelligent. Like it's shooting at walls even when it has a clear shooting path to a turret. THAT and you cannot redirect your attackers after it has blown something up, it automatically chooses its next target.

You might need to upgrade your transport. I have two of them, and I get like 52 units. I don't put any troops in queue, I'll make them all just before an attack, so I can make my vehicles first (take up more units) then support them with troops.

I have been playing this game for the past week. Still trying to figure out the best attack strategy. My base was attacked for the first time earlier this week. I thought I had a good defense layout, but I was wrong.... I have not spent too much time attacking other players, just doing the missions and building up my forces. I am sending my request to join the group now.

The only big issue I have had was the game closing on me randomly. After I updated my phone I have not had this issue as much. Just wish there was a way to declare targets like in Empire at War (also a great game  )

Brewski, the best defense that I've seen(which I adopted) has the base built into the corner of the grid/map. That effectively brings the attacks down to 2 sides. You'll want to place your money and ore storage facilities to the back corner followed by your headquarters. Those are the 3 things that you want to protect most. Then use the other buildings (barracks, research, squad center, etc...) to "wall" them in. Then surround the perimeter with turrents. Finish it off with a wall around the whole thing.

For Turrets I use a vehicle to attack or dewbacks, and use the heavy troopers for backup. I'll come in with an airstrike right away to take away a threat and preserve attack units.

I found you need to "lower your medal counts" so when people want to "attack" they match you up with someone that has less experience. You do this by sending 1 unit out in attack mode and ending the battle after he gets killed. You end up losing medals that way.

But remember you can still get attacked from the back. Just make sure your guns can reach the back.

I cleared all the training levels but 1. Level 7 #5 the one where you get tie fighters and bombers. If anyone can help me get thru that would be very helpful.

Yeah I put my HQ in the corner of the board and made two-sided walls in front of it, and troopers can just walk around or come from the corner... lesson learned!

Whoa, I didn't think they could come in off grid(or around the side), I may need to adjust my setup just slightly.

I'm starting to figure this game out. And it's becoming a lot more fun, and addicting. I've built up enough coin storage that I can attack Rebelscum pretty much any time I want. Speeder bikes are working out pretty good too not that I know how to use them.
