Great Lakes Garrison & Base

Hi everyone!
First off, I'm Ty. Anyway I have been working for awhile to get this black and gold Stormtrooper called a Novatrooper ready for Motor City Comic Con this weekend. As you can see some Novas carry a gold pauldron, sandtrooper pack and ammo pouches. I am also carrying an MG-42 with a scope on top (replicating a sniper rifle from Star Wars: Battlefront), at some point I will get an MG-34 to get approved. So here are some pics for you guys.

Did some looking cause I hadn't seen one of these... very cool... Coming from a guy who loves me some extras as far as the armor parts go ... this is very cool. I look forward to seeing you this weekend!!! Looks like you put a lot of work into this. good job man!!


As stormtrooper honor guards, Novatroopers were assigned to either historically significant locations such as the Emperor's homeworld of Naboo, or to guard captured enemy starships. Also used as commandos in special missions, such as infiltrating enemy bases, Novatroopers were trained better than most stormtroopers, though their equipment was the same.
