The cast has now been announced.... What do you think?

Interesting Billy Dee isn't involved in this, I thought he would be. Maybe a cameo?

Max von Sydow (aka Ming from Flash Gordon) and Andy Serkis have me interested. The rest I don't know that well other than Domhnall Gleeson (Bill Weasley from the Harry Potter movies).

I also don't know anyone other than MVS and Gollum.

I do like that they are using relative unknowns to fill out the cast. That's pretty much how Ep. 4 was and it seemed to work out pretty well.

This is great news. I would like to see Billy Dee too. Maybe we (the SW community) need to join forces on social media and get him written in if he isn't been already.

I am excited to see a lot of the old cast!!! The movies would not be the same without them. Look forward to seeing what Disney and Abrams will do. Not sure if anyone else saw, but sadly a lot of the expanded universe might not be in it The Thrawn trilogy was one of my favorites. Hopefully there will at least be a mention of his name in the new movies
