Hi All

I wanted to make you aware of an Ohio event that is in Maumee right by Toledo for any interested members. It is currently posted on the Great Lakes Legion board for the Rebels and hopefully soon on the Ohio Garrison's board. The OG attended this last year and were very well received and have been asked to participate again this year. The 12 to 3 trooping was spent mingling with the walk participants before the walk inside the Rec Center.

Dave aka TK-6290

I see I confused matters already. I had written Great Lakes board when I needed to be more specific and specify the event was only posted so far on the Rebel Legion Great Lakes board. i have edited the post to clarify.

Thanks for coming down! Our main contact that requested us is Sandy Gaietto. She has also let the event coordinator Nick know to look out for us. I will be there by Noon and keep an eye out for you to show you where the changing area is located.

Toledo is not that far for me, happy to join when events come up. I will keep an eye on the Ohio Garrison event boards (once I get added as a 501st member). It was great to meet you as well. For GLG TOD is Lauren Lys as Mara and Greg Beers as TK.

I received a very nice hand written note of appreciation for our support of the Toledo Alzheimer's walk. Here is a photo of the note from our contact Sandy.
