Great Lakes Garrison & Base

I having trouble starting a account with them with two of the question one is my 501st ID which is
1440 but keep getting "wrong number" and two what year new hope came out and I thought it was 1997.
Any help would be appreciated.

Aren't the numbers 5 characters long? Perhaps you need to put a leading zero on it.

All set and boy they got some neat stuff to up grading my uniform.thanks for the help.
