Great Lakes Garrison & Base

Gamestop in Portage will be releasing Star Wars Battlefront at Midnight Nov 16th, while I was in the store I had mentioned to the manager that I was a member of the 501st, the manager thought it would be epic to have a couple people in full armor as customers (star wars fans) come to pick up their copy. I told him I would definitely be there. If anyone else lives close and would like to join in for an unofficial short troop, I will be there.

Why would it be unofficial? We have "official" ones near the Detroit area and the Lansing area tonight at other Gamestop's.

I just assumed it was unofficial because they did not "request an appearance" on the website, They just asked me in person.
I called earlier and they are super excited. He said the line will start forming at 9 pm.
Game can be handed out at 12:01
I will be there from 10:15p to 12:25a

A store still asked 501st to troop their event, in person. I'd say that's a "real" event.

Nope, it doesn't matter if it's through the web site or not.

Had a great time... Lots and lots of photo ops.
Also got to speak to the manager of Celebration cinema at the crossroads in Portage and I
directed him to the 501st website as he wants to set up something for ep 7 on the 18th of Dec.
