I currently have a level 3 ISB (Non Saga) officer uniform. I want to add a SE-14R holster and blaster.
Do those items require approval before I include them?

Since they're a gun/holster set, and guns aren't even needed for 501st costume approvals, as long as the parts you have look close to what those two pictures from the CRL show, you should be fine.
