Well almost, its in the works. I need to do a little bondo , sanding and paint. I need to add the cable that goes from the end of the hook into the box and then last thing is to get a canvas belt.

I used some wood blocks and an asprin bottle as molds for the vacuum table

as you can see the first pull didn't work out well. The hook i bought off the 501st board as a kit

fit the 2 pieces together and added the hook holder

Thanks Roger, this was just a practice run. All i had was some .060 ABS and it would be much better in .093. Is there a good place online to get ABS sheets? The places by me only stock black, they will order me white in if i want to get 12 sheets ( which i don't need).

How sturdy is the resin grappling hook? I was looking at the machined metal one on FISD (I think, aluminum?). I wouldn't mind changing to a grappling hook box!

It moves and operates but its just for show. I would like to upgrade to metal one, link me if you can. I can hook you up if you want to switch to the hook.

The resin hook gives way a 1/4 way up the building, the aluminum hook might get you 3/4 of the way so your fall can be more dramatic.

Yeah, that sounds about right!
