There is a guy on the legion boards taking interest for holsters, but they're $55 + shipping.

If you're interested and don't have access to the 501st boards, I would imagine there is someone who can tell you if it's worth it and/or help you get one.

No, not pleather. FAR too flimsy (and actually looks like pleather rather than leather). Much more appropriate for women's clothing than a blaster holster.
Plus, I just don't think TT is really the best or most honest seller in the world -- the prices are just jacked up to ridiculous levels.

and then Gary from Whitearmor...which would you guys choose from?

From the FISD...
Try this one - $65 shipped
http://forum.whitearmor.net/index.php?showtopic=8184
If I'm not mistaken, this is the same guy on the 501st boards that CBlack mentioned above.
I would avoid ebay, if you can. Gary's holster on the FISD boards looks nice but you have to deal with the the conversion rate from dollars to pounds. Not to mention the cost to have it shipped overseas. By then you could almost buy 2 holsters from the guy in my link above.

This one is Ashton of Nyghtcraft. FANTASTIC products, and very high quality -- much better than the stock one that comes with the FX kits. The only issue (that I've never personally experienced, but others have) is that he periodically gets behind in shipping products out. He's a good person but gets deluged with orders, real life, or computer problems. I believe he does better with eBay sales because of the Feedback system breathing down his neck, but otherwise, I recommend Ashton's products.
I have both the E-11 holster and the smaller officer/TIE holster (both with the detailing offered to 501st members) as well as a belt pouch.

Alright...I'll buy from him then.....second question...anyone know what exactly I could use to bump out the shoulder bells with? white armor guys said to narrow them a bit as well as bump them out....as well as either narrow the forearms or put padding in them...any suggestions?

Have you posted pics on the whitearmor boards? I don't think I've seen you there. Maybe you have a different name on there.
If I remember your set up from Wags armor party back a few months ago, you may need to change the way you attach your shoulder bells. You have them attached with velcro to the undersuit, right? That keeps them too tight against your arm. Without the pictures you showed them on the FISD it's hard for me to say. They could mean that you need to heat up the bells to narrow them, again not sure without seeing what they were seeing.
As for the forearms, you can trim them down or use some foam to pad them. Pretty self explanatory.

I was told by Crow that Home Depot or Lowe's has self-adhesive pipe insulation foam. I used foam-rubber molding insulation (the kind that sticks to window or door frames to block out drafts) from Ace Hardware. I used the green cushion foam from Joann's to pad the inside of my helmet.
Trust us, bud -- just about everything you could possibly need to upgrade and customize TK armor is available at either Home Depot, Lowe's, or Joann's (or Meijer or Walmart if you already know what you're looking for)
Addition: reading the thread, when he says "bump out," he means add some padding so that the shoulders have some space at the bottom edge so that it doesn't look like it's all pressing against your skin so tightly. The shoulder should have some overlap with the bicep armor so that it has some natural flare-out, but if that's not possible due to placement, try a small piece of foam padding to push out the bottom a little more:

After looking at that thread, I see what they are saying. You should heat up and reshape the shoulder bells. And like Crimson's diagram above, you'll also want to put a little foam at the bottom of the bell. I'm not sure how well that will work given the way you attach the bells directly to the undersuit with velcro, but try it anyway. You may find that you will need to rethink how you attach them. Maybe a strap system would work better.
As for your forearms, I would trim them down to better match your biceps. Padding the forearms will keep them from spinning, but will not change the fact that they are disproportionate to the biceps.
They also mentioned trimming the breast plate. An example of this can be found here.

Another suggestion, which is totally optional, would be to change the ab buttons out to the accurate size and color. They can be picked up here for $13 shipped.

Hope this helps.
Have you made any progress on your Masters Replica helmet? Last I remember, you were switching out the lens.

My MR helmet lenses have been completly switched out...I got a sound system for it that I will try to place in next armor party or if Mr Fett allows me to come over to his house this weekend....I'll also paint it a better white as well if need be....other than that I honestly don't know what else I can do to it
Already bought a neckseal as well (it got mailed to my house and I'm up here in E-Lansing) and trying to get a holster as we speak....
Luckily, I did buy some straps and snaps if we need to switch or modify the attachment system since it is only attatched on the top.
BTW...will Lowes/Home Depot have fiberglass fabric by any chance? as well as helmet liners?

better question...what else should I do with the helmet?

For an MRCE to be Legion acceptable, you also have to fill the chin seam, replace the tube stripes, and add the ear screws.
Lowes sells hard hat liners, Wal-mart and auto stores carry fiberglass cloth. Not sure what you need the glass cloth for?
