Resources?

A friend of mine likes star wars costumes too, and is looking to customize his. He's looking for a Darth Revan mask (Or something a lot like it), but never found anything worth getting. Anybody know where he can go?
And since I have the SE stormtrooper, I'm looking for a belt canister, but never found that either. i'm tempted to make one from PVC pipe but I want to see how much they go for assembled. ?
