My son is 9 and I found this jawa costume on the dreaded ebay. How much work would it take to get this up to par if he were interested in trooping with us (once I get my TB costume together that is)

Thanks,
Chris

You can always try and make your own. Check out the right hand side about half way down for the Jawa info.

Thanks for the site, Terrell. Good stuff.
Anyone know where I can find approval requirements for a Jawa?

They are not out yet. Getting the costume requirements in text is a large Legion project taking place as we speak. The Krayt Clan is in charge of writing them and the drafts should be posted on their forum somewhere.

Are you talking approval for your son or for you as a Jawa?cblack1971 wrote:Thanks for the site, Terrell. Good stuff.

If your Son, he can't join until he is 18. So until then his Jawa would not need to be official or approved.

I have those same lights that are pictured on the safety glasses but mine make a blue light. I thought they only came in blue and red. I wonder how they got orange?
I don't even think it cost me $50.00 and took about 4 hours or so to build my sisters jawa.
I should have made a tutorial

Honestly, I dont think its a bad price. With the material you would have to buy, and the amount of work you would put into it, I dont think it is a bad price. If you dont know how to sew, this would save you the hassle. In my opinion, not a bad deal.

Why the dreaded eBay??? I love ebay and spend a small fortune weekly there. I agree i think the price is fair, if time is money then materials and time it took to make seems like a real deal. $75 is a nice dinner out for the family or a Jawas suit.

I'm sorry, the uber costumer in me just has to mention...Jawa robes don't have separate sleeves. The robe is all one piece. The hood is a separate piece, at least they got that right.
