Progress on my Endor Rebel trooper helmet

Like i dont have enough on my plate. I have been working on this on and off for awhile now. I found sometime today to work on it and got it almost done. Just wanted to share some pics of how i made it.

I am going to cast this in silicone and then make roto cast resin helmets . :thumbs:
