Looks like your off to a good start. I'm no scout expert, but the fabric pouches on the mid section look a bit big.

Hey Chris looking really good!!!! I would say the only area that needs fine tuning is the cumberbund and pouches.
1 the pouches look to big, fill them full of wash clothes or socks to give them some shape and then give them a measure. They should be 15 1/4 CM by 17 3/4 CM here is a diagram http://www.studiocreations.com/howto/bi ... anical.gif
2. I can't really see from the pics but the cumberbund should have 6 lines of stitching inbetween the pouches and a dual V shaped stictch on the cod piece. http://www.studiocreations.com/howto/bi ... am_lrg.gif
3. The whole cumberbund should be raised up and tucked under the chest/ backplate armor, no black should show thru.
4. The belt should be right at the bottom of the cumberbund. You should not see the bund below the belt line.
Thats it just tighten un the mid section ,and you have a great costume for trooping.
I am going to post a few pics of my build later tonight, i still have a long way to go. Great to see a bunch of TB's in the ranks.

The knee pieces are on upside down in those pics. Also, raise the bicep pieces up to that they are just under the shoulder bells. The biceps should also be spun towards the front slightly. They sit on the side of the arm, not the back.
Other than that, looks good. Great gloves and boots.
