Forest (storm)Trooper?
Forest (storm)Trooper?
I just had a rather odd idea as to what exactly a storm trooper that's been stationed in the forest or any woodland area. Hell as we all know there are SandTroopers, Aquatic Assault Troopers, and SwampTroopers, but what type of markings/weatherings would a trooper that's been roughing it in the evergreens or the forests of Endor have? Greenish to dark brown scratches from all the woodchippings and moss?

Ask the biker scouts
Re: Forest (storm)Trooper?
There are currently several people working on molds for a BARC (Kashyyyk) scout trooper. Go to bikerscout.net and register and you'll see posts plastered all over there about it. Noone is producing full armor yet but it sounds like they're getting close.

Re: Forest (storm)Trooper?
Thats funny cause when I was little I thought the same thing ( even before RTOJ). I painted a few stormtrooper figures with Testors matte model paints. I did a random cammo on them ( basicly brusg spots of browns and greens over an OD base. Well aparently I did such a good job because I promptly lost them in my mothers extensive garden for years! by the time I found them I was older and had found the joys of cherry bombs. They became yet more casualties of a hyper dangerous combat mission against the Rebs! I now wish I had'nt blown up so many toys like that.Zachg56 wrote:I just had a rather odd idea as to what exactly a storm trooper that's been stationed in the forest or any woodland area. Re: Forest (storm)Trooper?
Are you really thinking of painting your Stormtrooper armor in a camo patern?
If so, that makes is a custom costume, and not acceptable for membership.

Re: Forest (storm)Trooper?
Weathering is only for Sandtroopers and there are quidelines for the look of the weathering.Zachg56 wrote:what? no! I meant weathering effects! not camo, something similar to sand weathering..just more...foresty
Stormtroopers are clean and free of weathering.
Re: Forest (storm)Trooper?
