small bits! help please!

so I'm missing 3 small bits to 2 costumes I'm working on, does anyone know a good, reliable place to get a Tusken bandolier (ebay sucks) and a pair of imperial officer boots/gloves for men? i'd rather go through an approved dealer than try to find stuff that kinda matches.
