new build (open opinion)

so as my scout trooper build is wrapping up i already have the feeling ill start another one soon. so i was thinking... i have no idea what i want to do all i know is that i want to do a ep. 3 clone. i was thinking a commander like Cody or Gree. something that would take a long time but really pay off when im done. if not them maybe a shock trooper or coruscant trooper something that i could paint and battle damage. im open to opinions, recommendations, or what the garrison would like to see.

I personally want to do a Neyo or maybe an ARF trooper after I finish my Nihilus, but it looks like funding is going to be a real issue.

Yes, we have a Bacara. Its Keano. We do not have a Cody or Gree. Either one of them would be VERY cool.

Last I heard, Scott G-Man Jones was working on a Gree. Not that we can't have 2, but we don't have a Cody.

i've always thought cody would be a great build, i thought about bacara when i was thinking about my first build when i was planning on doing a galactic marine.

A galactic marine would be very cool. Although very tough build. Not a lot of prop makers out there that do the stuff. U would have to fab some of it on your own. CTN has a few guys that build stuff for them. Steelblitz makes parts. You could contact him if your thinking about doing one.

I think one thing to consider is your build/structure. I'm a bigger guy and don't think I would look good in some of the clone models yet Rex works for me with the kama and pauldron breaking things up. Just a thought.

my body build wont be a factor really since im 5,10 and 155 lbs. the army's got me on quite a diet so thats one of the main reasons i went TB for my first build because im a skinner bloke.

phase one would be pretty cool there is a cody build that has the phase one armor i might look into that.

Charlie C (Bozo the Clone) makes a nice kit for the price. You can't go wrong with it if you are strapped fro cash.

Yea, I thought is was funny too Titus. It is very clean lines. Im going to get a set from him for my EpII grunt. I have the helmet now (JM) and its mostly cut out. Just some minor work. It would be cool to see a wall of white phase 1 clones

I am ready to start my clone. I do have Bozo armor,that I want to make a Bacara with. The beauty of that clone is I can have him and a grunt clone with most of the same armor. My sandie is getting to small for me,and starting to crack. Plus I bought that one from Roger a couple years ago. This one I can make to fit me,I hope.

Maybe we can have a clone kit photoshoot showing off the different armor makers kits side by side before they all get built. It'll be a huge help on CTN since comparisons seem to be few and far between.
