My sons new costume

Post by Tubby Tusken »

Hello all thought I should post what I've been working on for the past week. My son Zach has wanted me to make him a costume so we sat down at the old computer and did some surf'in. We found some he liked and he decided he wanted to be a GONK droid. We made the whole droid for under $50.00. I had a lot of scrap parts at the shop that helped all I need to do is add some sound and it is done. Just thought I'd post some pics

Thanks for your time.
Rob

That RULES. Add the "gonk gonk" sound effect and he's good to go!

I think it would be awesome and hilarious if you stood near him with a remote control at an event.

I thought the same thing it would really mess with people :rotflmao:. Thanks to everyone on the great posts he loves it he wants to wear it all the time. I have a 2:30 min loop that will play of GONK GONK and his chatter and some power sound FX. I will be happy to bring it to maker fair for sure I also made fake legs to go inside so he will stand with no one in it.

Thanks so much
