Snow scout
I've been researching on bikerscout.net and the main boards. I'm definitely interested in putting one of these together, but I'm still waiting to see if it's approvable. Does anyone know if they are and who's done one?

Re: Snow scout
Per the Blizzard Force board, the Snow Scout was officially approved last month, and a CRL has been written but not uploaded to the main 501st site yet. It will be listed under the Special Operations TX designation.

Re: Snow scout
Ok, the CRL for the snow scout isn't official yet, and a few details are being hammered out. If anyone else is interested (or even if you aren't), could you do me a favor and take a look at the CRL they're proposing on the TS board, and the pics posted by the guy from Germany? I have concerns about the thigh patches. Take a peek if you want and tell me what you think. Gracias!

Re: Snow scout
I really need to go on the boards more often.... The concern I have is with the thigh patches. The basic scout has black patches on black flight suit. The snow scout has tan patches on a white flight suit. To be honest it looks like you had bowel issues. I proposed the idea of white or at least light grey but it was shot down. It's too late to change it, and I don't want to look like I'm wandering around in fecal matter, so I'm passing on this. Too bad, because I'd really like to do one

Don't look at me, I don't have access for such things. The MWG is well known for it's lack of proficiency with the English language.
