Anyone having an armor party soon?

Would love to get in on one of these I just received my Ata armor on Saturday and would love some tips and maybe some help

I was thinking of one myself. Problem is my garage is a shop and fills up fast with all my tools and what not.

I was hoping to have one this month as I finish my last class before break tomorrow. The date I was looking at, the 20th, has been taken with a family birthday/Ugly Christmas Sweater Party. I think this weekend is too soon. What does everyone think about January 3rd or 10th?

Once I get a consensus on the date, I'll post up a proper armor party thread.

If you cant make it to a "Armor Party" be sure to post some pictures here or at FISD (assuming you are doing a TK) someone can still give you pointers on how to size better.

I will be sure to! thanks. Right now I am slowly plugging away at my TK ears. (ughh) so when they are fitted I will get back to the armor and will be sure to go slow and look for advice and pointers! Have a great time at the party to all of those attending!

I was going to have one in Feb, but the only free weekend I have happens to be the same weekend as the Griffins game. So the next armor party will be at my house in Garden City on March 7th. Four of the finest imperial Snowtroopers started their build there. This date could change between now and then depending on schedule and future events. I will confirm this date mid Feb.

I have a new ATA stormtrooper kit that's been sitting in my basement for two months. It's been a long time since I've assembled armor, and I know I don't have all the tools needed.

Honestly, I'd like to commission the helmet out. I've tried a couple people and they're too busy.

Same here, I also have a set in my basement. And I have not assembled any armor.

Just wondering- has there been any more talk of a armor get together? In the GR area?

Help with this stuff is exactly what I need. I am in Grand Rapids Mi but can travel on weekends no problem!! I have some tools with access to others or can just purchase what may be needed, if I dont have it already.
