Any good sights to buy boots and rank badge from or store's. I planing on starting to get things next month is just like a recommendation on who I should go Thur for the boots belt and rank

501st membership? No you apply on the main 501st website.

You can apply anytime, but you won't get your ID until you have a costume and when that costume is approved.
