Imperial bridgecrew

Post by Tiernan »

I'm ready for a new costume most of you know. I found a sight that was recommended for the imperial officer but I really want to do a crewman and eventually later on turn it into a tie pilot if this one is able to meet approval. Will someone please let me know?

Actually, sounds like you are looking to do a reserve pilot, rather than a bridge crew:

As for that company, they are really hit or miss. You would be better off asking the members on the tie pilot detachment forums: http://www.jrs501st.com

That is the suit I have for my crewman. It is approvable (not everything from Cosplaysky is, but this one is OK). It runs small so keep that in mind when you order.

Here is a link to a list the IOC put together of resources for the different parts needed.

If you can sew at all, I bought 2 pair of Redkap coveralls, one for the costume and one to cut up for pockets, and made my TIE flightsuit.

Came in just over half of what the pre made suits run. Now I just need an officer hat and I can put in for reserve pilot.

Now that I'm looking at it, it seems the only real difference between the Reserve Pilot and the Bridge Crew is the RP has gloves and the BC has belt boxes.

And no sidearm for the Crewman. Interesting...

There's also the similar scanning crew, but with gray jumpsuit instead of black.

But it can't be converted into a tie pilot.

thanks for your help guys, sorry it takes me a while to reply two jobs now. No Stasz, I can't sew unfortunately but I did find a jumpsuit on sale that meets the requirements just having hard time with the boots since none of the sizes out there fit me.
