Does anyone know of a vendor for this or suggestions on how to build one?

Re: Helmet Fan
http://www.allelectronics.com has some really great 5v fans (part#CF-260) that I used for my RC. You can run them with the 4 AA battery pack from Radio Shack with a switch built into it (part# 270-409) for under $10 easily.

Re: Helmet Fan
Anyone have suggestions for the best way to affix these inside the bucket? Velcro doesn't seem to hold up...

Re: Helmet Fan
Ive done 4 helmets, and changed the fans out multiple times, and Hot glue works the best for me. Just a dab in the corners that are touching the helmet. With a Stormy bucket, I would use a low temp setting glue. I takes longer to heat up and cure, but it wont warp the bucket. Its worked on fiberglass, resin and a rubies. BUT.. make sure YOU use the low temp setting. Abs tends to warp a bit
And if you need to change it out later, a sharp cut off knife will take out the glue for you..
Hope that helps. If you need extra help, give me a yell!!

Re: Helmet Fan
I used Velcro in my Td and I liked how it worked out. When I build my new TD after trooper fest I will do the same lay out once again.
